Cancellation & Return Policies

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that things come up, but when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed via email 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.

A Cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved service amount will apply if you do not cancel your appointment at least 12 hours prior to your appointment or fail to cancel at all i.e. “No Show”.

Product Return Policy:

Vanity Belle has an Exchange Only policy for any and all products purchased in our boutique, NO Refunds. This includes makeup brushes, hair accessories, products and hair extensions. We will accept an exchange within 10 days of original purchase for items that have not been opened or tampered in any way. The original packaging must be fully intact and hair extensions should not have strands pulled, brushed, picked, cut or washed.

If in a special circumstance, a refund is accepted, ALL returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. You may choose to redeem the refund as credit towards your next purchase to prevent a restocking fee. If the exchange item costs less than the returned item, the difference will be applied as Vanity Belle credit only. Credit should be used within 6 months of date issued.
