BOUTIQUE CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that things come up, but when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed via email 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.
A Cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved service amount will apply if you do not cancel your appointment at least 12 hours prior to your appointment or fail to cancel at all i.e. "No Show".
BRIDAL CANCELLATION POLICY
A cancellation fee of $300.00 will apply and be charged to you if you cancel your wedding day services at any time starting 5 days after your Agreement is signed, up to and including 30 days before your contracted wedding date. Any service (bridal or bridal party) cancelled within 30 days of the wedding date will require full payment of the wedding invoice total. Cancellations must be made in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the cancellation notice is received and acknowledged by Company. Any change to a confirmed wedding date or location is subject to availability of the Company. In any circumstance where our artist is ill or otherwise unable to perform the contracted services, we will provide you with another qualified artist on your wedding day.
